As you are not able to use the keyboard, I suggest you to use OSK (on screen keyboard) until we fix the keyboard and mouse issue.

Method 1:

I suggest you to runthe Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check if it helps.

1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

2. Select View all on the top left corner.
3. Clickon Hardware and Devices.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
5. Check if issue persists.
