I would like to inform you that HP PSC 1215 all in one printer is compatible with windows 7 and come with in-operating system (In-OS) print driver.
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the previously installed printer driver and then follow the steps provided in the below link and check if it helps:

Refer the below steps to uninstall the driver:
a)Open Device Manager by typing devmgmt.msc in the start search box.
b)Double-click the printer device to uninstall.
