Fixes: - Fixes an issue where the keyboard layout is inadvertently changed to a Japanese layout when HP Quick Launch Buttons is installed. This issue occurs on notebooks that have the operating system locale set to Japanese and the keyboard layout set to English. 4 Find your HP Quick Launch Buttons device in the list and press double click on the biometric device. Click Reinstall driver button. 5 Choose Install from the specific location and click on the Browse button.
